BUNKER DISTILLERY

Bunker Distillery is the result of giving into one’s passion.

It’s the passion of Enrique Lozano, Master Distiller, who sees distillation as an art form.

He distils in an artisan way in a copper still using cutting edge technology, “Cloe”, impregnating each one of his spirits with a bit of his own character to make them unique.

Our products are made with extreme care as we search for the best ingredients from around the world. That is why the location for the micro-distillery in León next to the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route has been of great help because we come into contact with pilgrims from just about everywhere.

Once the 100% natural ingredients have been studied, they’re given the time needed for their best qualities to flourish. At Bunker Distillery, there’s no hurry or additives as ours are always craft products.

The first product the distillery became known with was the gin that’s named after it, Bunker. It’s the result of more than two years of testing to create the long-awaited recipe which reflects the experience of all the knowledge acquired by the Master Distiller following years of “clandestine” distillation.

It’s a well-structured London Dry gin with generous nuances. It’s the perfect combination of botanical elements and grain-based alcohol
